Mobile Photo Deposit

Skip your visit to the bank and deposit a check using your smart phone and our mobile app. 

  1. Select Mobile Deposit.
  2. Select New Deposit.
  3. Select the account you'd like to deposit the check into and enter amount of the check.
  4. Snap photos of the front and back of the check.
  5. Submit your deposit.

Note that the first $200 of deposited funds will be available immediately. Funds above $200 will become available as described in our Funds Availability Disclosure. Be sure to keep your check for 14 days.

Person2Person Transfers

Send money to friends and family, or transfer funds from Washington Federal accounts to your other external bank accounts with P2P.  You can access these transfer functions through both online banking and our mobile app.  Please allow three days for processing.

Pay a Friend using their email address or mobile phone:

From the Transfer menu, click Popmoney. Follow the on-screen instructions for sending money.  Your friend will receive a notification and will need to verify their information to claim the payment.

Bill Pay

We offer convenient online bill payment through CheckFree. Login to online or mobile banking to get started.

You can pick the date that your payment's due (or when you'd like it to arrive), and CheckFree will estimate arrival time and send the funds so that they arrive to your payee by the due date. We will send your ​payment electronically or via mailed check*, depending on your account balance and your vendor's payment receiving capabilities.

  • Pay any bill -- your mortgage, credit card, phone bill and more.
  • Set up an automatic monthly payment to another account.
  • Save stamps and know your bills will be paid safely and conveniently.
*Please note, if your payment is sent via mailed check, then the date on the check will be the date that you selected as the due date or arrival date.
