Identity Theft Monitoring & Resolution Services

According to one study by, about 2 in 5 Americans have either been an identity theft victim, or know someone who has. Given this growing issue, our new Green and Stellar Plus accounts come standard with IDProtect, offered through Econocheck. 

IDProtect is an identity theft monitoring and resolution service for you and your eligible family members. IDProtect includes credit file monitoring, 3-in-1 credit reports, identity theft expense reimbursement coverage and resolution services.

What does that all mean? In the event you suffer identity theft, you’ll get a dedicated fraud specialist assigned to manage your case. This specialist will handle the recovery process until your identity is restored. You’ll also get up to $10,000 in identity theft expense reimbursement2 to cover expenses associated with restoring your identity. These could include reimbursement for costs associated with attorney fees, loan application fees, long distance calls or coverage for wages lost for time taken off work to correct your personal records. 

Mobile Phone Protection

Spending money to replace something you already bought may be one of the most frustrating ways to dip into your emergency fund. If you’re as dependent on your smart phones as we are, then this benefit is for you.

With Mobile Phone Protection, you can receive up to $300 of replacement or repair costs if your eligible mobile phone is stolen or damaged. ($50 deductible per claim. Just be sure you’re paying your bill from your Green or Stellar Plus checking account in order to access the protection.)

Extra Benefits & Security for Purchases

The modern marketplace is becoming increasingly cash-less. Now you can get more when you purchase with your Green or Stellar Plus debit card! When you pay with a card linked to your account, you’ll receive Buyer’s Protection and an Extended Warranty, giving you additional protection on your purchases. Green and Stellar Plus accounts also include Health and Travel and Leisure Discounts, and are eligible for $hopping RewardsTM.

Health Discounts allow you to enjoy savings on vision, prescriptions and dental services from participating providers. (Please note: this is NOT insurance.)

The Travel and Leisure Discounts and $hopping RewardsTM means you’ll be able to access deals – right from your smartphone! You can choose to redeem online, print coupons, or access discounts from your smartphone.
