The Utah Admin Branch has an opening for a Mortgage Loan Processing Supervisor. This position is responsible and accountable for all aspects of residential mortgage loan processing & closings with special attention paid to compliance, loan quality and timing. The Mortgage Loan Processing Supervisor will be required to ensure a team of processors executes against specific policies and procedures focused on all aspects of the loan processing & closure processes in a regionalized processing center. Along with the key functions below, this position is expected to uphold the value that Washington Federal places on simply being nice when serving our co-workers and Washington Federal clients.
Full-time schedule; 40 hours per workweek.
Applicants should have the following qualifications:
5 years supervisory experience in mortgage processing, compliance, title and escrow.
Strong mortgage processing knowledge and background.
Knowledgeable in the areas of mortgage lending, workflow and compliance.
Good training persentation, communication and listening skills.
Proficient in time management, organization, planning and prioritization.
Ability to manage changing priorites, meet deadlines and adapt to a changing business environment.
Comfortable with mentoring staff and conducting training presentations to groups, and have good communication skills.
Strong technology skills, a plus.
