Welcome! All transitioning Bank of America New Mexico branches have recently become part of Washington Federal. We’re excited about serving you and are committed to making this a smooth and seamless process.
You can now access your accounts through Washington Federal's online banking using the green box just to the left on this page.
We want this transition to go smoothly!
Please see review the information below:
Debit Cards: If you were a Bank of America debit/ATM holder, you should have received a new Washington Federal card in the mail. Please follow the instructions in your guide and on the card for activation.
Automatic Payments and Deposits: Included within all welcome guides was a simple switch kit to help you update your automatic deposits and payments. Please request that your vendors start using your Washington Federal account number(s). Click here for extra copies of the switch kit forms.
Checks: To help get you started using your new account number, you should have received a pack of complimentary "house style" checks with your Washington Federal account number and a coupon for one complimentary order of your preferred check style. Please contact our Client Care Center at 800-324-9375 or email@example.com if you did not receive your complimentary checks.
No Minimum Balance Fees Until February 1: To make the transition a little easier and give you time to find exactly the right fit for your banking needs, we are waiving the minimum balance service fees on all checking and savings accounts until February 1, 2014.
Online Banking: If you are an existing Bank of America online banking user, your profile automatically transitioned to Washington Federal's online banking system over conversion weekend. You may begin accessing your account(s) via our online banking using the green box to the left. Please review the online banking section in your welcome guide for further information.
