Capabilities

Our check conversion service allows you to convert paper checks (consumer checks, commercial checks, cashier’s checks and money orders) into electronic transactions.  A small desktop scanner is used to capture the MICR line and create an image of each check.  The check information is stored and then sent electronically to the bank for processing.  Data can be uploaded into your accounting software to update accounts receivable.
