We are looking for friendly, energetic people who have the qualifications and skills that match today’s opportunity. The position of Loan Coordinator is responsible for providing high quality service to clients by building and maintaining productive relationships with realtors, builders, existing clients and/or brokers; processing and closing loans according to Washington Federal policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines; participating in loan and product production development and referral activities; providing deposit operations support; and assuming administrative responsibility in the absence of the Manager when called upon to do so. Full-time schedule; 40 hours per workweek.
High school diploma or approved equivalent. Strong skills in math, keyboarding, 10-key, and filing. Excellent organizational and communication skills; must be detail minded. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet usage. Previous experience required with cash handling, general clerical duties, and interacting with clients to build rapport and relationships. Familiarity with loan documents preferred but not required.
